ProjectGurus.org Overview

ProjectGurus.org is first and foremost a community by project managers for project managers.  Because healthy and productive communities provide their members with the things that are important to them we are seeking your input before launching this site in its entirety.  Since you are probably here because you pre-purchased our book, Project Fog, your input is especially important.  SIGN UP now (view privacy policy) you will have a voice in the development of this site.  Once we verify your email address we'll also send you a special link where you can download all the visuals from Project Fog as a thank you.

Below are just some of the things we are planning to bring on line in the next few weeks:

  • Articles and Media –articles and keynotes on the latest project management thinking.
  • Ask A Guru – do you have a difficult or unusual project challenge?  Ask ProjectGurus.org and tap into our combined bench strength.
  • Community for Project Managers – profile your experience, connect with other PMs, build project teams, share best practices.
  • Consulting Tools – tools and templates for the PM moving into a consulting role.
  • Tools, Templates and PM-Related Downloads – project lifecycle templates, examples, flowcharts.
  • PPM Tools and Templates – templates, diagrams, examples, models.
  • PMO Tools and Templates – methodologies, models.
  • Training Zone – self study, group training decks and presentations on project management and related skills.
  • Strong communities are also those where members who contribute more can benefit more.  Share Your Knowledge, Tools, Experience – and earn project bucks!  When you share your templates, tools and best practices through ProjectGurus.org, we'll pay project bucks that you can use to access additional PM knowledge (view Terms of Use).
