Lucy Proteau, a Senior Management Consultant with over 20 years experience, is a dynamic leader, problem solver and program/project manager. Working in various leadership roles throughout her career, Lucy has a proven ability to build high performance teams that get results, generate breakthrough solutions to unique problems and leapfrog clients ahead of the competition with effective business practices.

A skilled and knowledgeable consultant, Lucy has experience working with teams in many different sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Consulting, Government, Telecommunications, Aviation, Real Estate, Primary Industry and Manufacturing.

Lucy is constantly focused on improving overall business performance in alignment with corporate strategy to ensure client goals are realized. Her successful re-engineering formula, evolved over the years through “hands-on” experience as a consultant, mentor,coach, change agent and project leader, impacts all aspects of her programs.

On A Personal Note

When Lucy is not busy helping her clients, she spends time reading, skiing, attending the theatre and designing clothes. Lucy is based in Toronto, Ontario.
